A victor of the civil society and, above all, the population is involved in conflicts of mineral resources in Africa. But not only in Africa. This represents the 20th of May votation of the European Parliament which has rejected a normative that should have consented the discretion in the controlling procedure on the backgrounds of series of materials (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold) used by the companies of the old continent, particularly in the production of cellular telephones. Instead, it prevailed the idea on obligatory controls, even if there would be only one final victor with an effective adaptation of a normative of this sense expected in these next months.
