Filippo Pizzolato, a professor of Public Law and Doctrine of the State of Milan in Italy, thinks that fraternity should be an essential principle adapted to politics but should be “mediated” and testified. First, to overcome the resistance of people towards this principle which surrounds them today. Second, to try not to fall into rhetoric; fraternity as a principle will be applied when pursued but, there is no guarantee that it comes with good practices. Furthermore, it is necessary to acquire sobriety and concreteness.
